Please fill out your contact info, and upload your coming out story to Vimeo (where you can create a free account) or YouTube (you have a YouTube account if you have a Google email) and enter the video link,  in the form below. You can also post your video on our Desert Hearts Facebook page.

You must fill out, sign and email a signed copy of the VIDEO RELEASE FORM to: ddeitchproductions@gmail.com before your video can be posted from any link or location including Facebook.
